The grand jury set to meet Tuesday and hear evidence regarding possible murder charges against Casey Anthony in the death of her daughter Caylee will hear from her father, George Anthony.

He has been subpoenaed to testify at the grand jury. He is expected to testify about the smell coming from their white Pontiac and how Casey told him to stay away from the car.

So far neither Casey’s mother Cindy Anthony nor her brother Lee Anthony have been subpoenaed.

George Anthony and his high-profile defense attorney, Mark NeJame walked up to the Orange County Courthouse just after 9:00am. George gave a brief statement before heading inside to testify before the grand jury and asked for prayer.

Channel 9 reported that chloroform was found in the trunk of Casey's car and jurors will hear how investigators found that potentially deadly chemical in the same spot where Caylee's body had been at one point.

After Casey Anthony’s arrest Tuesday, some investigators were optimistic the gravity of the charge might compel her to tell them some new information.

Investigators hoped a murder charge might get Anthony to crack, but Wednesday investigators said Anthony seemed to take it all in stride.

Within 175 days from her indictment, by Florida law, prosecutors have to try Anthony for first-degree murder.

A judge ruled today that two of Casey Anthony's legal motions are moot now that she has been arrested on a murder charge.

Orange Circuit Judge Stan Strickland tossed out Anthony's motions to seal documents and allow her to travel. Anthony was arrested Tuesday on several charges including first-degree murder in the death of her toddler, Caylee. The child was reported missing three months ago.

Strickland has not yet ruled on a motion to preserve forensic evidence or a request for him to consider additional testing of evidence.
