Following a prayer vigil on Sunday for Caylee, Cindy Anthony had some harsh words for Gonzalez's attorney, John Morgan.

"I think the whole thing is ludicrous," Cindy Anthony said. "Attorney Morgan -- it's frivolous -- he needs to just get back to chasing the ambulances."

Meanwhile, a dive team returned to Blanchard Park on Monday to continue a search for Caylee's remains in the Little Econ River.

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- Bounty hunter Leonard Padilla has left Central Florida. Eyewitness News spoke with Padilla Monday morning to confirm that he's back in California where he says he will take a lie detector test.

Padilla also said he'd like to send divers into the water again later this week, but the divers have to wait to get permission from the park.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Bounty hunter Leonard said Monday that he is talking with a film production company about funding a new search for Caylee Anthony.

In a phone conversation with WESH 2 News from California, Padilla said the unnamed company might be willing to put up as much as $200,000 for exclusive rights to film the search.

Meanwhile, the Kid Finders Network is working hard to find Caylee.

Late last week, Anthony filed a countersuit, something Morgan said he never expected.

"Can you imagine? You accuse someone of stealing your child, killing or kidnapping your child,&#8221; Morgan said. &#8220;This person is questioned by police, harassed by the public, loses a job and you say I've been damaged. I've never seen anything like this in my 25 years in law.&#8221;

In court documents, Anthony's attorney calls the original lawsuit frivolous. The counter suit goes so far as to accuse Morgan of filing the suit to "generate publicity for his firm cash in on a high profile media case."

While strange, the fact that Casey&#8217;s own lawyer could be called to testify against his client isn&#8217;t unprecedented. If Baez was talking to his client with a third person present who wasn&#8217;t part of the defense team then the attorney-client privilege could be null and void.

The state prosecutor&#8217;s office said Tuesday that Casey Anthony&#8217;s attorney Jose Baez filed several more motions with the court that will be heard by Judge Stan Strickland on Tuesday, November 25th, at 2:00 p.m.
