ORLANDO -- The State Attorneys Office released its list of witnesses that will be called in Casey Anthony's murder trial.

One name ended up on that list by mistake.

A total of 10 motions were filed that included interviews and other notes taken from Tony Lazzaro, Casey's former boyfriend.

Also, Baez is looking for crime scene photos, hair samples, and other items given to the FBI labs.

Padilla said they were remarks to rebut what was being said on TV. A lead investigator confirms that during one of those trips, Anthony blurted out "They haven't even found the clothes she was wearing" about those searching for Caylee.

That investigator called Anthony&#8217;s comment "an important statement." So does Padilla.

"Everything's been a game to her. That statement they haven't even found the clothes yet leads us to believe the clothing were somewhere but not in proximity of the body," Padilla said.

Court date set to hear motions in Casey Anthony case

Orange Circuit Court Judge Stan Strickland set a date for next week to hear nearly a dozen motions filed in the Casey Anthony case.

The motions range from Anthony's attorney Jose Baez asking to bring a laptop into the Orange County Jail so he can use it to prepare for trial with his client to another defense request to inspect the hairs found in the trunk of Anthony's car.

Another filing includes a response from the Orlando Sentinel and WFTV-Channel 9 opposing the gag order requested earlier by the state.

The issues will be addressed on Nov. 25 at 2 p.m

Local 6 News reported that some names not appearing on the potential witness list came as a surprise.

Numerous Orange County sheriff's investigators are on the list, but no one from the University of Tennessee "body farm," the Oak Ridge National Laboratory or the FBI -- all of whom analyzed key evidence from Casey Anthony's car and concluded that a dead body had been in the trunk -- were listed.

The state could add witnesses later, however.

The fact is, &#8216;Kid Finders&#8217; can&#8217;t really provide any evidence that they have actually found any children. A spokesperson however said that the organization has other roles in missing children case then just finding them physically.

Milstead's office door was locked Wednesday and his daughter said her parents were out of town when Parker showed up at their Loxahatchee home.

"You guys need to get the hell off of my property, right now," she said.

Milstead was also arrested on an assault charge seven months after the police impersonation arrest.

Orlando reporters said Milstead and his wife packed up their Kid Finders belongings and disappeared after he was questioned about his past.

On Wednesday, St. John and her volunteers searched alongside a lake, through weeds and dried crackling leaves. And after an hour of searching there, St. John called it off. "I'm just not seeing logical here either way psychic or straight logic. There's nothing here," she said.
