In Perry's order, he noted that the conversations are not considered work product because "it is inarguable that he did not 'produce' the recordings of the calls at issue; the prison did." "Since the recordings were made by the prison in accordance with its procedures, they constitute public records," Perry wrote in his order.

The order also states that the calls do not reveal Baez's impressions or opinions. "To the contrary, the calls consist solely of Robin Lunceford's factual allegations regarding her contact with fellow inmate Maya Derkovic…the contents of the recordings do not contain any protected opinion work product of counsel exempt from discovery," the order states.

Perry also noted that Baez had to accept the prison call by pressing "1" on the phone. This action, Perry said, "demonstrated his consent." Beyond that, Perry wrote, Lunceford warned Baez that the call was subject to recording. "The court finds that there is simply no reasonable expectation of privacy where counsel is warned by both the automated messaging system and the witness that the calls are monitored and recorded," Perry said in concluding his denial of the protective order request.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Anthony pleaded guilty to stealing checks from Amy Huizenga, she was sentenced to 412 days in jail, which she had already served while incarcerated.

The judge also ordered Anthony to pay $348 in court costs to be paid in full by the end of April.

Anthony has failed to pay the $381 overdue bill court costs ordered by a judge.

The clerk sent a notice to the FDHS and MV requesting that Anthony's drivers license be suspended until the debt is paid.

George Anthony asked his daughter to sign some drivers license paperwork that he had given to her attorney. "Please, we need that signed," George Anthony wrote. "If not, your license is void and you would have to take all the tests again."

In addition to court costs, the OCSO submitted a $5517.75 bill for "investigative costs" associated with the check fraud case. Anthony's attorneys

Sources Say Move Result Of Defense's Recent Filings

According to sources, Conway's move comes as a result of a new filing by Anthony's defense in their ongoing dispute with Texas Equusearch.

In that filing, Jose Baez, Casey Anthony's attorney, claims Conway was given unrestricted access to review 4,000 pages of volunteer documents while the defense has not been given the same access.

In addition, NBC has sent out an advisory saying Conway will be on the "Today" show later Monday morning with a "major announcement." This begs the question will Conway use this national forum to air some of the ongoing grievances he's had with Anthony's defense team in general, and Jose Baez specifically?

Early Monday Conway told FOX 35's Holly Bristow this has nothing to do with the Anthony’s or anything they've done. Instead he said it has everything to do with Casey’s attorney José Baez.

Conway said that a motion filed by the defense last week made regarding documents on 4000 Texas Equusearch volunteers, Baez claimed that Conway was given unrestricted access to look at those documents but only if he got the Anthony’s to sign a waiver of conflict of interest.

Conway’s said that's not the case, the defense never spoke to him before filing the motion and now he could potentially be called as a witness by Texas Equusearch's attorney if the judge holds a hearing on the Texas Equusearch paperwork.

Brad Conway, who represents George and Cindy Anthony, announced on Monday that he's resigning as a result of a defense motion filed last week by Casey Anthony's defense in a dispute with Texas Equusearch, the group who helped search for Caylee.

Casey Anthony's parents: Attorney Brad Conway parts ways with George and Cindy Anthony
Brad Conway told the Orlando Sentinel he resigned

"With regret I am forced to resign as George and Cindy Anthonys attorney," Brad Conway stated in an e-mail.

Conway said a motion filed by Casey Anthony's defense earlier this month contains untrue allegations involving him. And because of that motion, Conway said, he is now a witness to an inaccurate legal pleading filed in court.

"As such, I cannot continue in good conscience as a legal representative," he said. "George and Cindy Anthony have done nothing improper, it is the failure of the defense to verify the facts alleged in their motion that forces my withdrawal."

Casey and Caylee Anthony: Personal Photos

Caylee Anthony was reported missing by her grandmother, Cindy, on July 15, 2008 after her daughter Casey would not tell her where the 2-year-old was. Casey Anthony later told investigators that Caylee was with a babysitter, Zenaida Gonzalez. Gonzalez reportedly denied this, and Casey then allegedly admitted that she hadn't seen her child in over a month.
