The Arizona Republic article from 6-05 has been moved to paid archives and the link no longer works.

It was just a general article on the Maricopa Medical Examiners website. There is about a paragraph of info on MJD, just the basics of the case are listed- all that info (and more) is available on the Medical Examiners website.
