I'm so sorry. I'm sure no words can express your pain. I hope they get whoever is responsible. Or hope they have.

Hi all!
I’m fairly new to WS, just wanted to say that I’m excited to be a part of this. I have always been intrigued by crime in general and this is right up my alley. I’m currently browsing and familiarizing myself with the site as it is quite overwhelming.
Have a good day everyone!!

Hi there! Just wanted to introduce myself to the community and maybe get some conversations going! I have a lot of questions and a crap ton of interest (and information...)

Won't give my real name here as some of my recent investigations have dug up some very crucial info that may get me in trouble. But feel free to call me Nico, from Los Angeles, CA, US.

I am interested in so, so, so many topics- especially those of missing/unidentified persons, and cold cases.

Right now my biggest focus is on the cold cases and unidentified remains of those that stayed at 640 S. Main Street, Los Angeles, CA 90014; actually known as The Hotel Cecil.

Soon I'll be delving my research into the murders and crimes that occurred at the following places:
  • Route 66
  • Texas Killing Fields
  • Dyer Lane in Rio Linda
and many more!

I look forward to hearing from everyone!
Thanks for welcoming me.

Hi there! Welcome. (: I'm new here, too, but I'm a researcher at heart and have been obsessed with missing person cases since I can remember... probably started with Unsolved Mysteries when I was a kid.

Good luck to you in your journey.

I'm doing the same thing. Confused at times. I know what I would like to work on. Just have to figure out how. It took awhile to find messages!

Welcome to Ws DJLS!
Do you need any help to find a specific forum or thread?

I've just joined today and wanted to say hello to everyone!

I'm Laura, 31 from York, North Yorkshire, England and I'm a support worker for people with learning difficulties and disabilities.

I am particularly interested in the Skylar Neese murder, Steven Avery, JonBenet Ramsey and Madeleine McCann if anyone would like to discuss these with me or share info and theories.

Hope you all have a nice day!

Thread #1
Hello, I joined in Nov 2020 on my cell. I recently bought a pad so I started researching. I'm interested in Madeleine McCann but trying to work on the Delphi murders. I don't even know if it's still cold. Thx

Hello my name is Mark and I'm from Thornaby near Middlesbrough in the North East of England. I've been listening to true crime podcasts when out with my dog Fred. Serial was the first podcast I listened to and I was hooked from there. I loved the Making a murder series on Netflix. I've also listened to the Down the Hill podcast and this one affected me the most. This is the main reason for me being here. Anyway glad to see there's a lot of like minded people and good to be here. Feel free to say hi and also point me in the direction of any threads from UK you think I need to see. Thanks for ready Mark.
The Delphi murders is the case I'm trying to work on too. I'm new too! Welcome

Thank you! I’m mostly browsing still, following a few things that peaked my interest. I didn’t have anything specific in mind when I joined; just want to help in any way I can. I love how helpful and friendly everyone is!

Hia! So I'm still trying to navigate the sight- how do you find forums specifically related to conversations about the Unidentified / Missing?
I have a few cases I'm working on and need some information (that I'm sure someone on here knows) about finding and gaining access to autopsy photographs of a specific case of a Doe who was never given a sketch/bust and finding an artist able to create said sketch/bust for her.

Hello - I am Terri and I live in Ireland. I decided to register because I often watch videos on cold cases and it amazes me that they can often be solved decades later with the help of new DNA technology etc. I am also intrigued that cases can be solved by web sleuths - they do a fantastic job. I am looking forward to finding out more.
