Hello, I have a question about my registration. Is there a specific thread or admin I should conversation with?

Good Day!

I'm sort of new here, I used to have an account and I have no idea what happened to it. I may have been idle for too long as I hadn't been back on here in years. I first found this site a few years ago when I was researching Princess Blue, before she was identified. I've been trying to focus on more cases that are local to me here in Richmond VA these days.

Glad to be back and able to hopefully help!

Just jump off any post by using the Report feature to ask your question and it will go directly to the Moderation team. They will respond as soon as they are able.

How do I find a list of the forum Moderators? And how do I contact them if I have a question? I have looked on the forum in a couple different areas, but I am unable to find anything that explains it. Thank you.
I think you simply click Report and what you type goes to the moderator of the thread.

New member. Can anyone recommend a good current case or investigation that’s being discussed on this platform? I’d like to get involved discussing something that combined brains could perhaps help solve.

I like to scroll through the new posts to see what cases are currently being discussed-
New posts | Websleuths
https://www.websleuths.com/forums/whats-new/posts/1266820/

Also, there is a search function at the top right of pages, where you can search for a case you may have heard about or seen in the news, etc

@cairnssarah36 welcome to Websleuths!

You are one brave person. Thanks for sharing with us here.

Start by gathering all the information & documentation you can find. LE reports, newspaper articles, the like.

That will give you a good base to start organizing your book.

Consider looking for a writing course at a community college near you. Sometimes these are available on-line. Not promoting this specifically, but Atlas Obscura offers writing courses sometimes.

Are you in the UK? We have some really terrific UK posters!

Big project, remember to take care of yourself as you work on this, please.

Hey Guys!

Based in the most populous US state here. I currently work for a Private Investigation Agency. I have another year before I can apply for my own PI's license but I've been doing all sorts of investigations for almost a year. I hope to help in any way I can! I often do skip-traces, court research, and social media research. Let's get out there and bring closure to these cold cases!

New here as well. Was really thrilled to hear of this forum. Had a childhood friend that was murdered and the killer never found. It still creeps me out. Christine Guenther. I still cannot get it out of my head but want to solve this so badly. It’s been 42 years. Im great at finding info especially in open records states but struggle to figure out how to access records in not so open areas.
Welcome to Ws @Mind4Rent, glad to see you are already posting on the thread for your childhood friend!

Hey y'all, I'm Ridley (alias, of course)! I'm a marine biology student who focuses on pinnipeds (seals, sea lions, walruses) and a hobbyist researcher (meaning I spend hours combing the Wayback Machine every time I get frustrated when I can't figure something out.) I read through public forums a lot but made an account yesterday after trying to find stuff on Celina Smith. I've also had a strong interest in the Lizzie Borden case for years and am actually planning on finally visiting Fall River this summer.
