They would know right where they placed their receiver and the guy wouldn't have to be searching, imo. Has to be something else. (Altho...they could have bugged the church and it would be great if they got additional evidence that way!)

The grandfather didn't say no about going to church that I recall. The reason for the no was because of the money for going to movies. Her sisters were supposed to go with her to church that evening (which church was never clarified tho).

Gottcha...thanks for setting me straight...so what was it that was said about Bible study when this case first broke? There was something said about Bible study right or is it just me?

Cameras don't need receivers and only some need wires to upload to the computer I'm looking at a webcam on my computer right now, no wires. Mobile phones can upload directly to the internet or to other mobile phones.
I can't find the video again where he was searching on the roof. He was looking underneath the tiles along the peak or feeling with his hands going along in a line. What do you surmise he was doing?

G'nite fellow sleuthers - hopefully tomorrow there will be news of an arresting nature.

It was supposedly why they were going to church that Friday night. However, I never found the article which stated it...so it is only from what I gleaned from the general threads. ;)

I guess we got considerably off topic here!! Sorry!

On Topic: Melissa is in the church office answering the phone. She talks to Connie (supposedly). How long does she stay at the church or somewhere else before returning to the mhp? How long does Miranda watch her daughter? This becomes very critical in the timeline of events. Connie, Miranda, and Sandra's grandfather plus other sister would have the answer.

If Melissa isn't gone but a few minutes then comes back...where was Sandra? When did Sandra's murder actually occur? How did someone kill her? When was her body dumped?

I don't think I understand why she took the suitcase outside. There seems to be no mention of going on a trip....

If any of this razor blade stuff is true, maybe it's some sort of pre-deathbed confession and she was trying to kill herself. Who knows, she doesn't strike me as being nearly as sharp as her metallic little snack.

Could be she thinks the more people she can get to speculating, the more confusing the case will become, and better to have other suspects. She doesn't seem to bright anyway! I agree that it looks like there will be multiple arrests. If she didn't do it she could be covering up for someone else. Or this could be something this family/church has done before.:furious:

If it is some sort of suicide attempt, maybe in her sick mind, she could justify it (whatever the horrible "it" is), but potentially they did not expect her to die from the drugging, and that is what pushed her over the edge.

She claimed it was filled with items to redo her Sunday School classroom and she was taking it to the church for that purpose. She claims she set it down beside the vehicle and drove off without it. She then claims it was stolen. (None of which I believe happened...I think she took the suitcase with the intent of hiding Sandra's body in it and disposing of her, imo.)

Where did MH say she found this mysterious note?
She didn't that I am aware of yet. I would love to know!!

At the rate she is going...she probably found it tucked inside the shed since it is the only place she has not connected herself! So far she has managed to put herself everywhere including the dump site!! (shaking my head)

The most farthest thought would be she was raped too or hurt badly along with Sandra or afterwards for telling? MH that is. She is finally able to tell the LE? Who knows. Hopefully this mystery will tell so much more in the morning. My prayers are with Sandra, her family, and all who might be innocent victims of this tradgedy.

It simply doesn't fit with this whole story she is telling the press tho. At all!

For the astros:
Two cities I have seen associated with Melissa and her family are Cypress and La Habra.
However, the astros will need to google to make sure those cities are in Orange County.

I read over at In Session that Melissa claims to have found the note at the mailboxes. I don't know how true this is or how the poster knew.

Ahh...Thank you for the clarification....still doesn't make a lot of sense to me (her story).

It bothers me that she refers to it as a "200 dollar bag"....I know it's a minor thing, but it shows the significance that she puts on the bag....now to use a $200 bag to cart Sunday school supplies a block away for a church of 30 people....to just "forget" it outside and then not report it....odd....
