You've been a busy-posting-bee around the net lately :waitasec: .

Maybe you didn't contact the posters I recommended before making snide remarks or post. For instance: the middle name stuff... unnecessary expecially the 'false equivalency list' mentioned on JREF & the 'shenanigans in their quest for justice' :innocent: .
I saw you were posting on PMF, but I also thought that your position and views were quite easy for the regulars there to 'see thru'. Why is it so difficult to argue/degate without becoming hostile, rude, snarky or confrontational? You should still be able to get on the site.

Anyway, I believe my post was in response to SMK's razzfest... not you in that I haven't seen enough of your post to know how they would respond to your 'style'. PMF sure isn't 'woo and prejustice' as MrRolfe stated... but that is to be expected.

Okay, I give up:

What is a JREF thread?

And what is the first half of "woo and prejudice"?

This is the post that got Mdana banned. I found it to be lacking in rudeness and quite informative:

Funny, they used to say the same thing about Cameron Willingham, but his actual middle name as I posted previously was Todd. I think Knox's is Marie, but I am not positive.

Many posters use the statement by Amanda that implicated Patrick Lumumba since that was excluded in the first trial is it still part of the "mountains of evidence" mantra that is constantly chanted?

I understand that mistakes are made in these types of cases, that there is no case that is perfectly excuted in terms of following leads, protocals, etc. However, I expect the prosecution to be more trustworthy than the defence, but that low expectation has not been met in this specific case.

Does the law enforcement or prosecution errors, such as not videotaping AK's initial statement, publicly stating "case closed" with the arrest of PL, etc., not give any posters pause in terms of guilt assigned to AK and RS? Even the procedural misconduct and numerous delays in providing her work by Stefanoni should make people with an opinion of guilt for AK and RS question the veracity and competency of those prosecuting this case.

@mdana- Were you able to find any post where I 'continuously cried foul' when my 'observations were weakened' by the actual facts of the case?

The thread is the exact opposite of PMF and TJMK sites for the most part.

The statement by MrRolfe is in mdana's quote.

Maybe it was, I am not a moderator/admin there. Do you post there?

The post right before the one of mine that mdana quoted above.

I don't post there. I followed the mod's discussion of what ticked her off and it was apparently the use of the word "mantra".

That would be a very foolish reason to ban someone..........

Like I said... easy to see thru IMO. Why read there all the time but not post :innocent: ?
Nevermind, silly question... I do the same thing at JREF and IIP.

I think we both know what would happen if I posted at PMF, fred. Even you can see the humor in that notion I'm sure.

Malkmus, I am sure they would accuse you of being Bruce Fisher or Chris Mellas. ;)

Looks like Frank's trying to sweetalk himself out of a suit.

Or maybe further into one???

I have been puzzling over Franks blog. Is it that he is trying to stay on the good side of Mignini or is it that he is pointing out that the problem is deeper than just one person hhhhmmmmmmmm

Honestly, otto, I don't understand what I'm doing that upsets you. I will try to meditate on it and see if I get a burst of enlightenment.

Nova

Listen closely. You are one of the most respected posters here. You post your thoughts clearly and you know your facts. When you are unsure you find out. End of my novel for now :giggle:

BBM: Sorry, but even I know enough to know that isn't true. The sex orgy gone wrong gave way to the roommates' quarrel which in turn gave way to I forgot which motive...

We can pick rabbits out of a hat :giggle: would that help?

True. The people in the broken down car didn't testify to trying to knock on the door, did they? They'd have to jump over that gate to achieve it, but now that begs the question, was the gate open....?

I remember the tow truck guy saying that it was. I took for granted that RG would just jump over the railing. The doorbell is why I had a previous theory that RG had an accomplice. He was waiting around for the accomplice, and the accomplice might have even hoisted him up to the window. Then, RG went to the bathroom before letting his accomplice in through the front door, but MK arrived while RG was on the toilet. I was thinking that at that time, the accomplice figured he had to do something, so he rang the doorbell and tried to get MK to open the door while RG was on the toilet, trying to figure out what to do.

Then, my theory is that some kind of confrontation started with MK, RG rushed out the bathroom, and the accomplice, who probably just ran out, leaving RG there to confront MK alone. It could also have something to do with those other witnesses saying they had some man almost knock them down in the street, but the times don't match up for that.

I just don't know why else the doorbell rings consistently in his story.

They did not testify to ringing the bell just making a call. For some reason though I now have bells ringing in my ear and it must be from listening to this great song again. All your fault rofl
