Spoke about how she never confessed to anything and basically gave the family side. Talked about how Italian Court works. What could happen, all the different scenario's

I think a big difference between CA throwing others under the bus and Amanda doing so, is the questionable manner in which she threw herself under the bus at the same time. Her statement implicated mainly another man, but also herself which is why her statement got her arrested.

Prosecution can appeal this decision if it's not in their favor. Amanda would be extradited back to Italy. Per MSNBC

It's food for thought. I think if you weigh all the facts surrounding that interrogation it's not so clear cut. The police "forgetting' to tape the interrogation is a good starter.
