my palms are so sweaty and I am on the fence as to guilt! I want them let free, I am too unsure. keeping them in wont convince me of their guilt at all :sigh: I no longer trust juries.

Whatever the outcome is, I just hope Meredith gets justice. I feel awful for her family.

A & R are not there yet. They will be brought in after the Jury. Per MSNBC

Acquittal!
Freedom!
Lots of CASH for anything AK and RS do after this.
Investigations and punishments for the persons who knowingly professed lies.
Mignini to a mental ward!
True justice for Meredith!

These are my wishes.
Oh! You had me scared! I thought you actually knew something, 'till I read the end of your post! Thank Goodness, It's not true yet...

I think it was very difficult for his family to make the same protestations, being in Italy. Raf's sister was a member of the carabinieri, fired after he was arrested. Last week the prosecution played bugged phone calls between members of his family who were heatedly cursing and vowing revenge against the officials who did this to their son. Why that was played as evidence against him is baffling to me...

Wow.

I do not like foreign courts though. Very strange and well FOREIGN.

But I don't think discomfort with that which we are not familiar is a legitimate reason to mistrust something. Many "foreign" courts are just as good as ours or better. We have had big problems here as well. Think casey anthony, OJ, Tonya Craft, etc, etc.

I have problems with the Italian system not because it's foreign but because of cases I have heard about since the Knox case, including what I have read about hers.

I hope it's at 8.30 (my time) and not 8.45. I am halfway to panic attack here. patience not my stong point.

It's after 2:30 here, so I'm sure it's 2:45.

To me it is like JB being on the Prosecution and JA/LDB on the defense team. With JB throwing out all the BS. I don't know what fact is and what is statements taken out of context.

Yes AK behavior is very questionable and to me, I don't think I'll ever know if she is innocent or guilty because of how the case was handle from the start!

Yes we have the same problems here in the states.
