Messiest apartment ever

I am not sure it is so much about hoarding possessions as it is about the trash is never taken out ever by the looks of it. If all that was removed it wouldn't be nearly as bad as it is now with the trash literally piled up everywhere.

But I want to know what in the heck happened in that bathroom? It looks like blood smears on the tub, toilet and floor.
