Meter Reader

For the record here,I am not accusing this man of having some sinister motive or taking him down with the likes of Kc..I am saying that his story has always bothered me and I explained why.It still does.I just feel the man WAS tipped off but by who?
And he wasn't alone when he was there at least not two times..because he says "WE".I'd just like to know who was with him and why if he were on duty?
I suppose in the grand scheme of things it may not matter unless it was one of the A's tipping him off..

How long has RK really known Caylee's body was there?

Was RK the meter reader at the Anthony home?

How often does RK spend time in the Zone area?

Do RK's fingerprints appear anywhere on the duct tape found on the skull?

Does RK know any of the Anthony's?

when was the first time RK saw the body?

more, sorry...

Did Casey ever leave Caylee alone inside the Anthony home?

where was Casey's car parked when she was driving Amy's or Tony's car?

am i insane?

there is no way this is some weird pedophillic killer case. no way.

I just deleted my earlier post, because even though I think there was some stronger impetus for him to keep going back to that area, it most likely was that he saw the A's PI or the psychic searcher go in there and check it out.

On another thread in here (P.I. videotaping I believe) a poster threw out that she knew RK was a former bounty hunter but for some reason refused to back up this 'fact' with a link, which made me go searching...

I searched the obituaries in Kingsport TN and found RK's wifes obituary. It appears they had a common law marriage perhaps, because they do not have the same last names, and he was described as her companion in life.

In the obituary it listed her brother, a Michael S.

When I googled Michael S and "Bonding, bailbond" words, I found a website with the name of his company on it.

Then I found the company's MySpace link.

I have not found RK's name listed anywhere in there.

Though I dont feel RK was anything except deeply interested in this case and a hero, this is a strange twist.

I do have the links to these. I think I can post all of them except the Myspace, correct?

Good job on following up, ThatGirl. It doesn't really mean anything in the long run tho, imo. The meter guy possibly being associated with a bounty hunter or working as one only means he could have good instincts which would do nothing except bolster his position in all of this. Remember tho...George working in LE once ten years ago hasn't given us reason to think that he is/was a good detective or cop!

One of her brothers was posting on another forum as well. He said RK was a really good guy.

Yes I feel the same way! Maybe I should delete my posts, I dont want to stir up the hornets nest again. I was just sleuthing, looking for facts.

He probably is a good guy. For all we know...he could be a WSer! ;) (That dogged determination just goes along with being one of us, you know.)

That's what we do at WS when someone puts themselves out in front of the Media. Just so we don't involve others that have no direct connection to this case and you didn't. ALL IS GOOD :)

Ok phew I feel better now! Thank you. I'll continue to sleuth and present more facts. :)

If he found it on the job why was he there at 9pm?

I have my questions about this too and I don't understand the whole "MR is a hero" without at least some investigation. All we have is LE saying they don't think he's involved very shortly after the find. The defense is going to jump all over that. They couldn't possibly have known he wasn't involved by then.

He may have been able to establish that it was filled with trash just by seeing the slight transparency that white trash bags have. When I empty my garbage I can see the vegetable cans and pizza boxes etc. through the bag.

The idea is to not touch anything as much as you can. If the officer needs to look into the bag he might have to use his hands to open a duct taped bag but once he discovers bones inside he shouldn't touch anything else and lead all non-essential people away from the site.

This man needs to be vetted up down and inside out. If he's not it gives the defense a lot to work with. Vetting him thoroughly keeps the defense from trying to paint him as the killer.

It's sad for him but it has to happen.

I agree with you 100%. As we say in auditing, I believe you but we have to verify. Its called due dilligence and I think we have to do it.

When I listened to that phone call it sounded like he was at home. He went out to his truck to look at his GPS and you can hear a door opening. Him calling at 9pm doesn't seem strange to me, however, it explains perhaps why the responding officer didn't see the bag. If RK saw it during the day and wait till 9pm to call the officer might have had hard time seeing a black bag in the woods at night.

I can't wait to hear what this MR has to say because surely it will be a story unlike anything we have ever heard, right? Well maybe not, since what we have heard already is too hard to process, my brain is on overload..never have I seen such disdain for the life of a child as I have seen from the family of Caylee.

Maybe the MR is holding off on telling his complete story because LE needs to release information that they don't want him to release first. If someone pushed this MR out there to find this child, I don't think it was Lee, more likely george. George is simple man, he is the type of person who would keep going in a straight line despite not getting where he was going. Lee would have chosen another fall guy since this particular MR wasn't getting the desired results. And on the topic of Lee, I don't think it was in his best interest that Caylee be found because it appears that Lee has a few things to hide.

The incredible conincidence that the anthony's just so happen to be in cali when the baby was found has always seemed a bit strange to me and now even more so. Could be that george wanted to make sure they weren't at home when she was found, especially considering the protestors and the general freak show that goes on outside the house.

It does seem odd, the timing and all the twists in this case. I still don't see any advantage the MR would have in finding the body though. LE most likely checked him out thoroughly in the past 3 weeks. Given that the bones were scattered over such a large area, it had to be there for a long time, as TM suggested. It could be possible that dogs or small forest creatures could have moved the bag...and even that there may have been more than 2-3 bags that Caylee was originally in?

The one thing I would like explained is why, with all the garbage that reportedly is scattered in the area, this one bag stood out as looking suspicious to RK. I don't think he's guilty of any wrong doing, I'm just curious about that.

Ive thought about that too Chilly. Perhaps after being out in the elements, the bag conformed to the shape of a skull/body at first?

I totally agree, I don't think this guy has done anything wrong at all. Considering the sheer number of LE and the different agencies involved in this case, no one who had any hand in this is going to get very far. LE stated that he is a "witness" and that they consider him as such and so do I.

I personally believe that Caylee's body has been right where they found her all this time, and I have no doubt that the forensics along side the specialists (botanists, entomologists..etc) will come as close as humanly possible to nail down just how long she has been there.
