How would he have had access to the water system to the hotel? Seems like someone would have had to see him enter that area of the hotel. Why would you murder your wife while on vacation. I wonder if he did this purposely...set up a trip to mexico...BECAUSE of the current violence and kidnappings. Their poor children....

Beresford-Redman, 42, originally from Brazil, was reported missing on Monday at around 10 a.m. local time, but she was found dead Thursday morning in the tanker of the Hotel Moon Palace where she was staying with her husband, Bruce Beresford-Redman and their two children.
Brucer Beresford-Redman is currently the principal suspect of his wife’s death and is currently under investigation because witnesses statements do not concur with her reported missing date.
Hotel employees stated to have witnessed the couple arguing Monday night, and that Bruce Beresford-Redman threatened to hit his wife. In addition, he presents scratches on his body, Bello Melchor Rodriguez y Carrillo, local state prosecutor said.

thanks for the bio. I only posted the article because it stated that her family were the ones who called in the missing person report (iow, it wasn't my opinion it was a snip from an article)

I know right! here is another article I found that makes more sense:

A witness at the hotel saw the couple arguing Sunday, and Bruce Beresford-Redman has been detained as a suspect, said the official, who spoke on condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to talk to the media about the case.

The cause of death has not been determined.

Beresford-Redman told police Tuesday that his wife left the hotel the previous day and never returned, the official said.

so that would seem that sunday night they were seen arguing by hotel employees, her family reports her missing monday, and tuesday when he is questioned he tells cops that he last saw her monday when she went shopping (bet they blew holes in that story of his too)..

Sad for Monica and the children. The allegations are not that shocking for me however.

Now he is going to face the Mexican system of justice? I wonder how little time he will do, if in fact he is convicted of it.

Statistically this should not surprise us , the "extra" stuff did throw me off I will admit

Divorce isn't that expensive, i'm in the middle of one now..... I just cannot imagine the rage one must have to murder the other parent of their children....why....these children now have to deal with the loss of 2 parents not just 1.
