Michigan Amber Alert has been issued for 5-year-old Zephaniau Cunningham after he was allegedly abducted from Paradise in Chippewa County, officials say. Anyone with information is urged to call 911 immediately.

The incident happened at about 7:10 p.m. on Wednesday when Zephanian was allegedly taken from a house in the 9000 block of N. Whitefish Point Road in Paradise, a community in Whitefish Township. Specific details were not immediately released.

A 5 year old boy has been kidnapped from a Chippewa County home, and police say the suspects are armed and dangerous.

His name is Zephaniau George Cunningham. He is 3 feet tall with brown hair and brown eyes. It is unknown what clothes he is wearing.

He was last seen at the 9000 block of N. Whitefish Point Road in Paradise around 7:10 p.m.

The Chippewa County Sheriff’s Office says they are on scene and looking for two male suspects.
Here’s the suspect descriptions from Michigan AMBER Alert:

• George Stephen Cunningham may be driving a 1986 Ford F-250 Pickup Truck, camo in color, bearing MI Plate DQQ5813. George is a white male with blonde hair and blue eyes, 5’8″ and he wears glasses.
• A second white male, John Stygler, may be traveling with Cunningham and the abducted child.

Why don't they look these jerks up for life? He raped a poor girl four times- how many more times does this animal get to do this before he's locked up for life? Oh, wait, according to psychologists, they can be reformed.

According to the facebook page for the Amber alert, they have found the F-250 but the abductors are still at large with the child. Cunningham's sex offender registry page has information about the F-250 and this vehicle:

No worries, I didn't take it that way.

They stated in some articles it was a home invasion and the men are armed but didnt specify if anyone was injured. That would be the only reason I could imagine the delay in a photo...

Not only is he a pedaphile, he likes to leave the country ( my mind went there.....).
He has social media etc... not sure exactly how he was punished.

I've not even seen comments explaining his relationship to the missing child but my adrenaline is going due to worry...

“Delaware man who pleaded guilty to attempting to molest a young girl was sentenced to 18 months in prison Monday afternoon in Delaware County Common Pleas Court.

[George S.] Cunningham originally was indicted by a grand jury on four first-degree rape charges. He agreed to plead guilty to the lesser included charges.

Cunningham was credited for the 326 days he has already spent in the Delaware County Jail since his arrest in November 2014.

Cunningham has maintained his innocence and said he agreed to plea to the lesser offenses because they carried no mandatory prison time and to spare the victim from having to testify at trial.

Cunningham’s attorney, Michael Hogue, said Cunningham would be an ideal candidate for a community control sentence. Hogue said Cunningham is not likely to re-offend because he only wants to be with his newborn son.

[Judge David] Gormley said that, after considering the statements from both parties, he decided to sentence Cunningham to 18 months in prison for three of the attempted gross sexual imposition counts. Gormley specified that the prison sentences will be served concurrently.

So he would have been out of jail around the end of May, 2016, if my math is right.

And then just three months later, in August, 2016, he was found in Belize after his boat ran ashore, and he was rescued!?

I doubt that he would have been allowed to travel abroad during the five-year “post-release control” period (without permission of the probation officer, at least).

I wonder how he was punished for violating his probation because whatever it was, it definitely didn’t work, IMO.
