MISSING JUVENILE
Aaliyah was last seen on January 18, 2019, in the 18800 block of Russell, at approximately 8:00 p.m. It was reported that she left the location and failed to return. Aaliyah has a history of running away.

Aaliyah is described as a 15-year old black female, 5'6"-5’7”, 140-170 lbs., medium complexion, brown eyes and light brown hair in a ponytail. Aaliyah was last seen wearing a gray pull over hooded sweatshirt, black leggings with multi colored flowers, and black boots with a bow on the back.

It has been reported that Aaliyah suffers from bi polar disorder and depression.
