A 35-year-old Michigan man who says he put his friend's body in a large trash bin after the man died of an apparent drug overdose faces up to six years in prison.

The 30-year-old Michigan man died of an alleged drug overdose — so his friend, James Cummings, tossed his body into a Owosso Township dumpster and later lied to cops about it. A judge sentenced Cummings to 11 months in jail.
