At about 10:12 a.m. that 15-year-old Alissa Shijahn Palmer was missing as a runaway by family on Oct. 20. She may be in South Lansing near Aurelius Road and Hoyt Avenue. She is 5 feet tall, weighs 120 pounds and has brown hair.
