The search continues in southwest Michigan for a missing woman, last seen by her husband at their Van Buren County home.

Amy Henslee, 30, was reported missing Tuesday by her husband James Henslee.

On Thursday afternoon police started searching on a Hartford property on County Road 687, where James' cousin Junior Beebe lives.

The family requested a private company, Mid-Michigan Search and Recovery, join in the search efforts. The canines of that group located a trailer, deep in the wooded area on the back of the property.

Police say they found a large amount of blood, both inside and outside of the door to the trailer. That trailer is apparently used for hunting purposes, and it’s unknown at this time whether the blood is human or animal.

A sample of that blood has been sent off for testing.

Officers continue to search the nearby area and collect evidence. They have declared the property an active crime scene.

Right now, police say Beebe is not a suspect or a person of interest in the case. Beebe's father, Philip, owns the property and police say both have been cooperative in the investigation.

revampz, I didn't see the FB rumors, but I have seen that name spelled differently - Beebe? Is that what you're referring to? There are two PB's in the area, one is the father and one is the son, a PB Jr.

yep this is who I think it is as the family all have friends on facebook with this spelling but not the spelling of beeve listed in the media. I have noticed there are alot of people with this surname in both the bangor and hartford areas.

They also said the property was owned by his father Phillip so think you are onto something with above.
