Pros:

Angle and location of second shot to behind Tonya's ear was when she down on the ground - execution style!

pros: If TH angry about what she shes upon entering trailer isn't it going to be directed at JB and AH - not "let me go get a gun" that she probably didn't know was there. And would her anger be directed at AH more or JB more? what's the likelihood of her glancing over and see the gun, perhaps having to get by them to get get especially with JB the cage fighter trying to stop her. Not impossible, but she needs to swing the gun around in a pretty confined area, but if that is what is happening and JB is here and she is a step or 2 away...before its a danger she is going to have to swing it around, yet he sits there like a bump on a log according to him. the gun "happens" to be loaded, safety off, racked and ready to fire. Once there is a shot in confined area, pretty loud blast will get somebody's attention, racking the gun would get someone's attention (talking about Mr. Beebe).

pros: I am going to give JB benefit of the doubt, lets assume Ah is standing up and feuding with TH, lets assume she is back as far as she can be although confrontation presumes people moving towards each other not away. Lets put TH as far back as she can be...still can't explain shot in leg. (JC shows how hard it is to maneuver gun in trailer into position)

pros: not evidence that JB was cowering in the corner. We know gun can jam, but luckily for JB it jammed at precisely the right moment to save his life. In his original statement JB "I acted in self defense, I ain't no murderer, I am a victim"...but then "I though about killing myself, really? really? you almost became a victim and saved yourself by firing a gunshot to the head of someone else, and now you are thinking about killing yourself...WHY?"

pros: he (JB) makes some motions on that tape, during the struggle he was said it (the gun) got backward behind her. The muzzle was coming up, then how does she get shot if it went back ward? (pros tries to demonstrate JB story about this in the trailer mock-up - can't do it)

pros: couldn't have happened the way JB says it did, in this confined area? no .. in his story she gets off 2 shots and racks it a third time and only then does JB react(?) those of you who are baseball fans know earnie hallwell (Tigers broadcasters) always describes batter taking third strike as "house on the side of the road and watershed it go by". Common sense tells a different story.

pros: We need to talk about the actual charge...

I wonder why the pros did not say if the first shot to back of Tonya's head was as Beebe has said, with gun pointing upward, then there would have been shot up into the trailer ceiling... no mention of shot splatter on walls?

There is extra police presence in the courtroom... Presumably in anticipation of a verdict. Closings continue...

Pros is claiming 2nd shot to Tonya shows he wanted to kill her...

Again, Pros does not mention shot blast that should appear on the floor for the 2nd shot..
Also no mention of blood splatter so far...
Key to 1st degree murder is that second shot....

pros: what does JB do as TH laying there with a mortal wound? racks gun again and shots here behind the ear. THAT is an execution, and that is a murder. There is no self defense there. I would suggest by any stretch when someone laying on the floor helpless and dying - if there ever was any danger there is not anymore, to rack and pump another shot into the head is not self defense. What is it? I would suggest at least - giving benefit of doubt - murder 2...he intended to kill.

pros: time to contemplate one's action...after seeing devastation a shot from this gun would cause, as she is laying there with her head blown apart and surveying that situation and making a decision to pump and fire again - first degree murder, even by his scenario.

pros: Now lets talk about other scenarios - not his story. AH was a relative of his, taking into consideration her size, his shotgun that had to be retrieved from someplace in trailer, vehicle or elsewhere...had to be obtained by him, loaded (if not), racked (maybe not first time)...in order to shoot her had to be at close range, does not happen without some thinking out beforehand and at that point in time she is no danger to him clearly, he has already shot her once, and levels it and shots her again.

Pros: "we have someone laying on the floor, helpless, dying, to pop another shot into that person’s head, is not self defense"

pros: digging 4 foot deep hole and dumping 2 bodies + other junk and cement - how very respectful that was (sarc), hiding a gun and destroying evidence that if your story was true could clear you (assume he means TH fingerprint or DNA on gun)...guilty people lie, innocent people don't. I would ask you to consider the obvious, take a look at his story and see how it doesn;t fit, would ask for conviction on first degree murder on both AH and TH.

-prosecution finishes closing statement-

Prosecutor: Obviously Beebe is lying. Wraps closing statement and asks for 1st Degree Murder Conviction.

Pros: "four days to cover it up, guilty people lie, innocent people don’t." Asks for first degree conviction from jury

Defense begin - starts with IMO lots of talk about nothing talking about emotions ...

Hunt (def): you have emotions and anger, who could have done such a horrible thing, violates every sense of civilization and society...you become angry and so do I so do everyone with an outrageous crime. Along with the anger come a thirst for justice you think how sad for victim and family, then I hope they catch the guy who did it and I hope he fries. Its okay to feel that way we all do, but you are being asked to set aside, no deny those emotions. I am asking you to set them aside and render a verdict free from your emotion. If you cannot do that there is a problem. If you are so hung up on a sense of justice you don't stop and ask who is guilty and what of? in order to make that analysis you have to get rid of that anger that says "get him!"

Defense attorney now presenting closings... Calls on jury to only consider evidence...not emotions.

def: can't convict him just because you don't like him, need to look at these facts of this case. I found Mr. Beebe to be a decent nice guy who is remorseful, I am not providing evidence. He did have lots of friends, not many problems in his family, DJing AH birthday party has friends doesn't have reputation as horrible bad guy. Fact is none of you know JB, I only know him a little better than you. Set aside your righteous anger at what happened.

def: speculating that JB enticed AH into his truck on pretense of emergency, that is speculation not evidence you do not convict anyone on that. No one denying serious evidence here but where is evidence of first degree murder and premed? if you bringing someone to trailer to kill them you would already have grave dug and line trailer with plastic like in Good Fellas when they shot Joe Pesci, but what do we have instead? the most pathetic crime scene cleanup I have seen in my life - clearly no premed, no evidence of premed for anything or anybody here.

defense disputing positioning people in trailer argued by pros, claiming alternative positioning which could fit JB's story.
