Prosecutor has emotional meltdown on TV

"I have to tell you that every one of these baby cases gets to me. They haunt me. But this one ... well, there are aspects of this case ... details I can't get into." Yumar Burks on Wednesday was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole. Ingham Circuit Judge Clinton Canady III delivered the mandatory sentence for a felony murder conviction...

Burks said his son Antonio's death in March 2011 was an accident. He testified at trial that he tried to revive the infant using "adult CPR," according to WLNS, and struck him multiple times while trying to resuscitate him.
