This defense attorney talks fast and follows nearly every question with - Right?

:sigh: I am not a fan so far of his technique.

Is this on tv?

Photographs were introduced through Armada Police Officer Phillip Neumeyer, who was the first to arrive at the crime scene, and Michael Kusluski, a civilian investigator who took photographs.

Kusluski testified that although there was not a lot of blood found at the crime scene, blood was found on the ground near her mouth and on her face and hair.

He said many crime scenes do not contain a lot of blood.

“The reality is it is possible to commit a very series[serious] crime and you don’t have a lot of blood at the scene,” he testified.

During his cross-examination, defense attorney Azhar Sheikh hammered on one of his main points in the trial -- that none of his client’s DNA or blood was found on Millsap.

Kusluski said any contact between people or people and an object results in a “transfer” of material.

He agreed with Sheikh who said, “Would you expect something from the assailant would have been left behind?”

But Kusluski said, “Sometimes (culprits) leave a trace but sometimes things get lost.”

The way VanCallis still killed April (even after being seen on the trail by people who knew April) makes me think he has killed before and was fairly brazen. Yes he did have a helmet on, but the bike was colorful enough to be remembered. I just wonder...
