For some odd reason, it sort of appears to me that the defense attorney knows his client is guilty and is doing a "just good enough representation" so that his client will be found guilty but the case wont be overturned on appeal because of ineffective (or whatever correct term is) counsel. I have only heard one objection from the defense and he just seems too friendly/polite with the prosecutors. Or maybe the prosecution is doing such a thorough job in presenting facts there is little to object.
In my opinion, I feel strongly about VanCallis guilt but not sure the facts (at least facts thus far) will sway the jury. Maybe the VanCallis baby momma will enlighten us best.
