Bianca Green’s mother, Lisa, talks about the heartache she feels when she looks in her grandson’s eyes and her secret to staying strong.

TVONE.TV: Tell us about your daughter Bianca.
BIANCA'S MOM: Bianca is very sweet and trusting…joyful and beautiful. She took care of herself and her son. She was working at the airport very early in the morning and taking classes two to three days a week. She has three younger sisters; Lamesha, Jasmine and Brittany.

TVONE.TV: Sounds like she had a full schedule. Was she outgoing?
BIANCA’S MOM: She wasn’t outgoing. Bianca doesn’t know about the streets. She would go out sometimes with her two favorite cousins. She is strong. She went thru a lot. I expected her to know about some things and she didn’t. She was kind of sheltered but she wasn’t a dummy by a long shot.

Missing Mommy: Bianca Green (Michigan)

On March 25, 2011, Bianca was 24 years-old, pregnant and in school for nursing when her mother says she got into a fight with the father of her 4 years-old son. This was the last time Bianca has been seen. Bianca’s mother, Lisa Green, says she received a text from her daughter saying that she “just couldn’t take it anymore.” Another one reads, “Nearing Ohio”. Whether these texts were actually from Bianca or not, her mother will never know. Green insists that her daughter would never leave her family, especially her son, without contacting them.

Last weekend marks 12 years since a young mother vanished from Romulus, Michigan.

''Bianca Chanel Green, also known as “Be Be,” was 24 years old when she vanished on March 25, 2011. She would be 36 years old now.

Green had a son and has not had contact with relatives or anyone close to her since she vanished. Officials said she may have been suicidal and was not likely to run away for a long period of time.

She may have been in the Atlanta, Georgia, area in March 2011. Investigators are not sure if Green took a plane or a bus to Buford, Georgia.

Green has brown, shoulder-length hair and was known to wear weaves. She has brown eyes. She was known to wear acrylic nails. She was wearing her work uniform, which was black pants and a white shirt when she was last seen. Her shoe size is six. She was wearing earrings and a silver chain with a diamond heart.

Other identifying features include a mole on her nose and two tattoos. She has a tattoo on her lower back of a heart with a design in it. She has a tattoo of a sunflower with a crown on her right wrist.''

Jamere Miller has been arrested for the murder of his ex-girlfriend, Patrice Wilson. Jamere is apparently the father of Bianca's child, who is also named Jamere.

Suspect who allegedly kidnapped, murdered Detroit nurse has been arrested​

7 Action News asked Chief White if the department would looking into the case of a woman named Bianca Green who went missing more than a decade ago from the Romulus area. Green is said to be the mother of Miller's child. White says they are aware of the case and are now working with the original investigating agency to see if Miller has any potential ties to Green's case giving the circumstances surrounding this weekend's kidnapping. However, White says they are unsure where the Romulus case currently stands.

Murder of nurse sparks new interest in 2011 case of missing Romulus mom

“It’s an open case and we are still receiving tips,” Derran Shelby said. “We’re still looking for leads.”

The name Jamere Miller was on the Romulus Police Department’s radar about 12 years ago as officers searched for a 24-year-old mother, who went missing.

Romulus Deputy Police Chief Derran Shelby said he is aware that Miller’s name has resurfaced in the disappearance of yet another woman he is believed to have had a relationship with prior to the time she went missing.

Details of Disappearance​

Green disappeared from Romulus, Michigan on March 25, 2011. She texted her mother two days after that, but the never contacted her family again. She may have taken a bus or plane to Buford, Georgia and may have been seen in the Atlanta area later that month.

Green was attending Wayne County Community College at the time of her disappearance, studying nursing. She had a job at the Earl of Sandwich restaurant at Detroit Metro Airport. She left her car, clothes, furnishings and young son behind, and it's uncharacteristic of her to leave for an extended time period. Since she went missing she hasn't used her credit cards.

The father of her son is Jamere Miller Sr., Green's previous boyfriend. In 2023, Miller was arrested and charged with the murder of Patrice Wilson, a 29-year-old Detroit nurse who was abducted at gunpoint after finishing her shift at the hospital, and whose body was found in the trunk of her own car. Wilson, like Green, was Miller's ex-girlfriend.

Miller, who has a long history of criminal offenses including drug and weapons violations, drunk diving and assault, had been questioned in Green's disappearance but never named as a suspect. In light of the new charges against him, authorities stated they would be examining Green's disappearance again to see if there could be a connection to Miller. Green's disappearance remains unsolved.

I wonder if you can still request to have someone’s phone pinged despite 14 years of them being missing. She left everything behind but her phone so that must be something, right? It’s either that or having the security cameras at the apartment she was last seen in looked through. Despite it being so long, maybe they still have the footage from that day?
