Trying to find that location using Google maps but can't seem to pin point it. I think I have it narrowed down to some industrial buildings on the other side of the railroad tracks from the golf course.

Makes me wonder if the perp made her walk down the railroad tracks. The same set of tracks run directly behind the Family Dollar Store.

Oh no, my heart sank when I saw the thread had been moved. Let me go and read, as much as I don't want to.

I am so upset, I knew, since one person was already dead, that this would probably not turn out well, but I just think of her being terrified as she was walked to where they found her.

Well I'm sure it hasn't been verified with DNA but it sounds like it's her based on the clothes she was wearing. Police wouldn't be saying it was her if they weren't sure.

Likely use dental records. They are not going to do that until the autopsy. So positive ID will not be made until that time.

I am looking forward to the end of this extreme heat wave. I can barely spend a few minutes outdoors to water my flowers without feeling like I can't breathe I have to venture out for a while today for a few errands that I've put off this week. I will spend as little time out of a/c as possible.

Oh BDE I hear you loud and clear on that. Been getting up early to water my vegetable and flower gardens before the the heat sets in for the day. Its been like walking out of the house into a sticky mess of cotton candy.

DPD is going to put out a picture of the second customer at the Dollar store in about an hour if they don't hear from her. (Per presser)

I posted this earlier and am glad that one of the women has already come forward and talked to LE. I hope the second woman will do the same, but if she doesn't call DPD first, someone will be able to identify her photo.

This happened in a area not far from me. I think Breanna lived in the same city I do. I do not watch local news, but read it on local website, and watched the video. The suspect did not touch the door when comming in, but he did grab a cart with his hand, so maybe left a print. I hope. My heart goes out to the families.



I haven't read if he robbed the store.

The search doesn't bode well for Brenna.

I want to know if there were any text messages or other phone calls made.

That's a good photo. Someone must know this woman and will be able to identify her, but I hope she checks in with DPD herself.

TY. I've been to Dearborn a million times, worked at Westborn Market on Mich. Ave. Been to Dearborn Police Station to pay a ticket I didn't deservelease:, but don't know where this store is. SE Mi is getting very dangerous, My grandaughter's other grandma was murdered, last week there was a police standoff a block from my daughters house( and she had no clue about it), and we don't live in Detroit. They will find this killer.

Fox 2 news just aired a very short interview by the mother of someone she dated, stopped dating "about 2 months ago" - mother says "she wanted to get her career going, do her, that was fine, they still talked"....

I can see why LE wants to talk to this women so bad. According to the time stamp on the video this lady left the store 10 minutes after the suspect entered the store. The suspect entered at 19:26:53 and this lady left the store at 19:36:44. This means the suspect was inside the store for at lest 10 minutes before he shot Joe and abducted Brenna. I sure would like to see any other video from other camera's inside this store.

I wonder if Brenna or Joe was the cashier when this lady paid for her merchandise. Does that look like a purse or one of those plastic shopping bags hanging from her arm?

Noon report on Channel 4: At the scene, showing investigators looking for evidence. Chief Haddad upset that there has been another murder in Dearborn. Police are with Machus family members awaiting positive identification of the body. Channel 4 will be on the scene throughout the day and will have updates on future newscasts.
