Shea said that, in taking responsibility for Carnel’s death, Bennett, 22, has not blamed or implicated anybody else “notwithstanding much speculation about whether others were involved.”

all well and good but how does this jibe that the same article he is being interviewed for is about Mr. Shea's attempts to mitigate? Bennett takes responsibility but doesn't?

In case anyone wanted an update on Jaimee Chamberlain.. She gave birth two months ago to baby boy Ocious Julian Thomas Chamberlain-Shenoskey.

BAY CITY (AP) -- A young man who killed a 4-year-old boy on a central Michigan Indian reservation has been sentenced to 40 years in federal prison, the maximum under his plea agreement.

Anthony Bennett appeared in Bay City federal court Thursday, months after pleading guilty to second-degree murder and admitting he killed Carnel Chamberlain.

From that article a couple days ago... saying he should have the lesser time to serve in prison....

I always think *sure, give him a lower sentence, but have him go live at his attorneys home when he gets out*
