CrimeStoppers of Flint & Genesee County is offering a cash reward of up to $2,500 for information leading to answers in the disappearance of Christina Levonne Schutz.

Schutz was last seen on Nov. 2, 1998, in the 2000 block of North Vernon Avenue in Flint. She was 24 at the time, weighed 110 to 120 pounds, stood 5 feet 2 inches tall, and had several tattoos.

Schutz had argued with her boyfriend, the father of her children. Before disappearing, she said goodbye to her grandmother, who was caring for her 3-year-old son and infant daughter.

She has not been seen or heard from since.

Schutz's boyfriend was never named as a suspect in the case and died in 2005.

Schutz's younger brother said in an interview today he does not believe his sister is living, but wants to know what became of her and where her remains are.

Schutz's family held a memorial service for her in May 2014, though she's not been legally declared dead.

Details of Disappearance​

Schutz was last seen in the 2000 block of north Vernon Avenue in Flint, Michigan on November 2, 1998. She said goodbye to her grandmother, who was caring for her three-year-old son and infant daughter, then disappeared after an argument with her boyfriend, who was the father of her children.

Schutz vanished under unclear circumstances and has never been heard from again. Her boyfriend died in a fire in 2005 and was never named as a suspect in her case. Schutz graduated from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Her disappearance remains unsolved. her family believes she's deceased and they held a memorial service for her in 2014.
