A known sex offender and suspected con man is on the loose... Michael Rabitaille, 55, is a tier three sex offender absconder who hasn't registered in the state's database in more than five years. He was convicted in 1987 for raping a child in Massachusetts and spent more than 20 years in prison.

"Is he going to rape another child? Who knows, he's been caught once before. So I'm sure he doesn't want to get caught again, so who knows what that could lead to," Jones said. Jones calls Rabitaille dangerous and said what he's done on the run is extremely concerning... "He was using this lie to get into people's homes and to get them to give him money or give him some kind of support, and then there was a point where David Alexander was killed off in an obituary," Jones said...
