'Lets bring him home': Community searches for missing Calhoun County man with epilepsy

Dale Jacob Higley, 47, was last seen Sunday afternoon walking barefoot in the area of 15 1/2 Mile Road and J Drive South, according to deputies with the Calhoun County Sheriff's Office (CCSO).

We don't know if Dale has any alcohol issues, but he is due in court this month on DWI charges. Could be a "one off" event, if he's on meds he may not have factored in the effect of alcohol and the event was inadvertent, but I'm concerned that physically he's under a lot of stressers and his body has reacted accordingly. I'm so glad there are so many out physically searching for him.

IMO Unlikely he'd take off voluntarily before a settlement conference. He has been awaiting this opportunity for a year. If its his first offense he's likely not to do any jail time, so go to the conference and work out a deal.
