I have a couple theories but they would rely on specific details that I'm not sure of.

Is FGs house in the same direction of Livonia? Perhaps he asked why she was leaving early and she informed him of her plans. He could of said "oh, that's in the direction of my house could I have a ride?" She says yes but has to stop home first to pick up xyz (maybe food she was taking to make dinner?). That way he sees where she parks.

As for the car being parked there - how far is her residence from met life? Could he have walked back? Are there any bus stations by her house? There are MANY plausible scenarios where he could park her car and get back to met life (via an accomplice, walking, public transportation) and then be able to have say oh I was at met life, see check an uber picked me up there. Or his car was there the whole time and he lied to Dani about it either not working or not being there.
But why is he there in the first place?

By that I mean he doesn't work there anymore so a car breaking down wouldn't make sense and he can't just appear there out of nowhere . Was he there to meet somebody else For his story? it just seems weird that he's there at all and I can't make that piece fit in at all.

This idea of a second perpetrator gives me hope that this is not what I've been thinking all along. I've always thought that someone liked Dani, desired her and acted alone. I always felt that sex trafficking was very far fetched in this case, maybe not if there's a second perp involved.

Now that Floyd's past and record are coming to light, does it really seem that far fetched that he found other peers that enjoyed his sick and evil actions as well? Maybe he just likes the sexual assault part but through these deeds found others who are involved in sex trafficking... maybe he passed Danielle off to someone?

Hm I hadn't realized he was fired before that day. Perhaps picking up his last check?

He was fired in October right? (Or quit / let go? Not sure)

He wasn't fired at all. He didn't work for ML, he was a security guard that was contracted from a private company. The contract expired and another security co was brought in. It had nothing to do with him and iirc that was like sept or something. He was assigned to another building not near ML. The contract wasn't just him it was all the guards from that company.

Ahhhh I see, thanks. So he probably wouldn't be getting check through them, anyway. That does make me question why he would be there

Does anyone know where Floyd Galloway worked when he was arrested?

FG doesn't look particularly menacing, doesn't appear to be the sharpest crayon in the box, and is, according to Mrs. Stislicki, friendly, approachable, helpful, and shows concern for others. Things are not always as they seem: A proverbial wolf in sheep's clothing is beginning to emerge.

I'll say this as kindly as I can ... he looks like a big ogre of a man. He obviously likes to throw his weight around by assaulting little women. The woman outside was fortunately able to get away, but if Dani was in his house she likely didn't stand a chance.

Well, here I go again but... what if they never file charges against him regarding Danielle's s disappearance or they find it was someone else?
I would think they'd have to let him go for the Livonia rape because his DNA was used against him before ever
being charged in DS's disappearance or before ever being charged with a felony?
I don't know but I think that's real shaky ground.

In the Katrina Vetrano case, they had no hits in the database from her murderer. When police had an idea who the perp was, they asked him if they could take a swab from his mouth. He gave it freely.

So, does the SW executed on his home, allow police to put his DNA that was collected at his home in the database? I would think the DNA collected at his home would only be used as evidence against him in a trial in DS's disappearance

If he was/is never charged in DS's disappearance and or murder, couldn' t he request the removal of his DNA from the database?

I believe this will be answered on July 6th at the hearing. The evidence will be provided to judge from the prosecution attorney. Until then patience and prayers.

Took place in IGA parking lot around 6 pm. AA was on the phone with a friend and noticed a man looking around and he approached her. She had a gut feeling something was off. He asked about if this was such and such building but never said exactly what building in complex. AA kept talking on her phone and he took off very quickly getting into and driving a vehicle with out of state license plates. AA said in no way did he resemble Floyd...but never gave us a description as it could have compromised the ongoing case.

Did AA see Dani's car in the parking lot at that time?

Let me go and look for her posts. There was lots of info, and I want to re-read them, too :)!
You are unbelievable! Thank you!

If he premeditated a crime against Danielle, that alone would explain why he was there.

IIRC AA didn't know Dani or her car at the time so she did not know whether her car was there.

If LE knows what time her car was parked, then this was never released to the public. We only know it was there when SP went to check on Dani the next day at 6 PM

I was just about to say this! I took a long break from this site but after the new information has been brought to light I decided to jump back in. If FG was indeed at ML the day Dani disappeared, he could have made up anything as to the reason why he was there. He didn't get fired from ML, the company he worked for was a contractor. Dani's mom said in the "Defenders" interview that everybody knew FG and trusted him. He could have told Dani that his car broke down somewhere nearby and came to ML because it was nearby and he wanted to see if he could find somebody to give him a ride. It probably wouldn't have been weird if he was there since he knew a lot of people that worked there, and didn't leave on bad terms. He could have asked for a ride home to his house in Berkley. My assumption is something heinous happened at his house, and he dropped her Jeep back off at her apartment and somehow got home. Whoever the guy AA saw in the parking lot that night, though, beats me. IMO, of couse.

Oh I came in to get a check they messed up my pay, any number of lies could have been used.

I don't know what I heard but cannot find it now.:/ I watched the video again and heard his attorney whisper ..." we can get a trust bond at a later date... not going to get any traction on it."

I totally heard that, too! And some other whispering that I was going to go back and listen to to see if I could decipher...

Floyd hasn't worked there since October 2016. Plus, anything reguarding paycheck he would have to go to the main office where ever the sucurity office is located. It was not at the office building METLiFE is located.

Another thought....maybe FG didn't even need to make it back home. Wasn't his wife rumored to be in the hospital at the time of Dani's disappearance? He could have stayed somewhere nearby Dani's apartment after dropping off the car. The guy AA saw could have just been somebody FG asked to pick him up at Dani's. Now that we're learning a little bit more about FG's alleged personality, he probably lied about what he was doing there. The possibilities are really endless until we get to hear the evidence from LE, whenever that may be.
