I have not been able to listen to video for some reason but read article that he is pleading NOT Guilty
He was arraigned Wednesday morning on a premeditated first-degree murder charge. A plea of not guilty was entered on his behalf.

I'm disturbed too, but JW is only representing him until an attorney is appointed.
