On re-direct by the prosecution the attorney is really focusing in on the purchase of the comforter being within 48 hours of Danielle going missing.

Defendant had said in the text he just left for work (the text was to Bryan Osbourne [spelling?]) but we know Defendant had called in for Dec. 2nd.

First message 4/26/16 outgoing from Danielle to Defendant.
Defendant responded the same day.
The following day another outgoing message from Danielle, that same day the Defendant responded.
No other messages or contact were found between the two. LE was unable to obtain the content of those messages.

The above referenced messages were from an old phone of Danielle's that a relative (mother/sister?) located in Danielle's residence.

Prosecution presents an exhibit containing cell phone records from Danielle's old phone. It shows conversation with Defendant for over a year before Danielle went missing.
