Brandon Williams is on the stand now. Also worked at Met Life. Saw Danielle leave on Dec. 2, 2016. He left 15-20 minutes after her. He saw Danielle waiting to turn out of the parking lot as he was pulled up beside her waiting to exit the parking lot as well.

Susan Loush (spelling?) on the stand now. She also worked at Met Life. Danielle was an employee on her team; she was one of several of her managers.

Susan also knew and interacted with the Defendant regularly as he worked in the security position there. His security company was no longer employed by Met Life (defense objected here but the Judge overruled it).
Defendant was not working at the Met Life building on Dec. 2, 2016. The building owner had changed and the security company was changed by the new owners.

Antonio Corso on the stand now. Nov. 28, 2016 he sold a grey (according to attorney) OR dark blue (according to Antonio) 2011 Buick Regal CXL to Eileen Galloway; upon delivery of the vehicle to the purchaser there was a gentleman with her. He described the gentleman but also testified he does not really remember much about him.

Antonio testified that a thorough inspection was completed on the vehicle and it was in great operating condition when it was transferred to the purchasers.
He then testified to a defense question that he had no information on the condition of the vehicle after it was in possession of the purchaser.
The prosecution followed up and confirmed that no call was received about the operating condition or any problems with the vehicle.

LaShauna Bryan (spelling?) now on the stand. She knows the Defendant as being a security officer in the building she worked, he worked there in Dec. 2016. As far as she recalls, and according to her notes, the security company/defendant had been there since Oct. 31, 2016.

She testified that the Defendant called off work on Dec. 2nd, 2016; he called in on the 1st for the 2nd. Defendant told them Dec. 1 that he had to call off for a doctor's appointment Dec. 2.

Defense asked if the witness knows where workers are outside of work hours, witness says no and that it falls outside of her job responsibilities to know what they do on their time off work.

The people call Sylvia Morris.

She worked for Green Cab company as a cab driver. She picked Floyd up from a Tim Hortons in Farmington Hills around 9pm on December 2nd.

She said Floyd was behaving calmly. He mentioned he was going to visit a girlfriend. The ride lasted approximately 10 minutes.

He paid cash for his trip.

Sylvia later identified Floyd through pictures for FHPD.

Defense up.

Ride was approx. 10 minutes. Chatted with Floyd about him going to visit girlfriend, just moved to area, car was broken. Cab ride was nothing out of the ordinary.

Witness stepping down.
