She worked for Green Cab company as a cab driver. She picked Floyd up from a Tim Hortons in Farmington Hills around 9pm on December 2nd.

She said Floyd was behaving calmly. He mentioned he was going to visit a girlfriend. The ride lasted approximately 10 minutes.

He paid cash for his trip.

Sylvia later identified Floyd through pictures for FHPD.

Defense up.

Ride was approx. 10 minutes. Chatted with Floyd about him going to visit girlfriend, just moved to area, car was broken. Cab ride was nothing out of the ordinary.

I heard her say ‘Woodridge Apartments’ in Southfield. There was some discussion about seeing a girlfriend. He paid in cash. He seemed calm. The cab driver identified FG from a photo line up.
