*Status Conference Hearing (@ 9:30am ET) - MI - Danielle “Dani” Stislicki (28) (Dec. 2, 2016, Southfield, not found) - *Floyd Russell Galloway, Jr. (30/now 32) charged (9/11/19) & indicted (3/4/19) & arraigned (3/6/19) & re arraigned (9/19/19) with 1st degree premeditated murder. Plead not guilty. Bond denied-Held without bond.
Trial was set to begin on 1/4/22 continued to 3/29/22 & continued to 7/11/22.

11/8/21 Update: Pretrial hearing held. Brief filed in response to request evidence hearing/Motion to quash/Joint. People's response filed to request motion evidence hearing/Motion to quash/joint. Notice of hearing filed. Status conference hearing set on 11/17/21 @ 11:30am. 11/16/21: Request/NTC-Film/Media covered filed.
11/17/21 Update: Trial has been rescheduled from 1/4/22 to 3/29/22. His attorney Ellen Michaels said the trial was pushed back because the judge agreed that Michaels should have more time to review emails, photographs & other discovery materials that were recently granted to her. Attorneys are scheduled for another status conference in Oakland County Circuit Court on 12/6/21.
11/23/21: Adjusted: Counsel needs more time, trial reset on 7/11/22. 12/3/21: Request/Notice-Film/Media coverage filed.

Twenty-eight-year-old Danielle Stislicki was last seen on December 2, 2016 leaving her work at MetLife in Southfield, Michigan. She was supposed to meet a friend for dinner that evening, but never arrived. Text messages and calls to her went unanswered. The next day, a close friend who went to check on her found Danielle’s black 2015 Jeep Renegade parked in its usual spot right outside the entrance to her apartment complex. Floyd Galloway Jr. is charged with first degree murder in her case. He has pleaded not guilty. Galloway is a former security guard at the MetLife building where Danielle worked at the time of her disappearance. Authorities searched Galloway’s residence three weeks after Danielle vanished. Floorboards, several pieces of carpet, a mattress and Galloway’s car were removed from his home and sent for testing, according to police. The judge ruled there was enough evidence to proceed to trial after Oakland County Medical Examiner Dr. Ljubisa J. Dragovic testified that he came to the conclusion Danielle died of asphyxiation, even though her body has not been found. The trial was initially scheduled for early 2020, but got pushed back multiple times due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In October 2020, Circuit Court Judge Phyllis McMillen met with attorneys over Zoom and determined there will be a January 14, 2021 hearing. The trial has now been scheduled for March 2022. Galloway is currently in prison for choking and attempting to rape a jogger in Hines Park. Anyone with information regarding the case, or who may have seen Danielle or her Jeep on December 2, 2016, is urged to call the Farmington Hills Police Department at (248) 871-2610.

In October 2020, Circuit Court Judge Phyllis McMillen met with attorneys over Zoom and determined there will be a January 14, 2021 hearing. The trial has now been scheduled for March 2022.

I thought it might be an old article - since they have 2021 hearing on there. And by the way - the trial has been reset to July 11, 2022. Next hearing I have is 3/17/22.

How could the conclusion be that she died of asphyxiation without a body?
I know that they can “assume” death if there’s enough blood that they feel a person couldn’t lose that much blood and live.
But how to assume asphyxiation?

Possibly. Or maybe they found some of Dani's blood and can tell from the chemical composition that it Dani was experiencing oxygen deprivation at the time of the blood loss.

FG's attempted murder in Hines Park was revealing, but that was excluded from trial.

I haven’t read through all 42 pages of comments so if I’m missing something key and sound dumb I apologize. All I know is from the forum and YouTube but from what I’ve read and watched on the case I’d like to believe that her body is at the Berkley residence though I know they’ve searched that place so my second guess would be somewhere close. FG comes of as a very here and now person, as well as lazy person. The case with the Hines jogger to me speaks this out clear as he tried doing everything right there just off the trail. If there were other cases at this location concerning him I could see the area being a good location to look but I don’t think there are any other cases tying him to the location as a possible spot for him. So I look back to the Berkley place or near theory. There is a slight problem though as there were witness stating that Dani and FG left her place of work together and her vehicle was left at her residence. So the question to me is what happened when they got there, and how would he get her to his Berkley residence and then the jeep back? Did he get picked up by someone? Is his wife involved? I mean she was deemed uncooperative when they attempted to search the Berkley residence and the Royal Oak residence. Idk tell me what you think?
