It’s been said they Floyd had the hood of his car up and asked for a ride. Dani drove him to his house. Then her vehicle was taken to her apartment. Where he put Dani, no one knows. Once he got to her apartment, he went into a restaurant and ordered a ride.

Floyd’s wife is now deceased due to cancer. She was in the hospital the day Dani gave Floyd a ride to his residence. Her involvement after that has not been addressed.

I haven’t read through all 42 pages of comments so if I’m missing something key and sound dumb I apologize. All I know is from the forum and YouTube but from what I’ve read and watched on the case I’d like to believe that her body is at the Berkley residence though I know they’ve searched that place so my second guess would be somewhere close. FG comes of as a very here and now person, as well as lazy person. The case with the Hines jogger to me speaks this out clear as he tried doing everything right there just off the trail. If there were other cases at this location concerning him I could see the area being a good location to look but I don’t think there are any other cases tying him to the location as a possible spot for him. So I look back to the Berkley place or near theory. There is a slight problem though as there were witness stating that Dani and FG left her place of work together and her vehicle was left at her residence. So the question to me is what happened when they got there, and how would he get her to his Berkley residence and then the jeep back? Did he get picked up by someone? Is his wife involved? I mean she was deemed uncooperative when they attempted to search the Berkley residence and the Royal Oak residence. Idk tell me what you think?

Galloway lived within sight of a large middle school, namely Anderson Middle School, a public school with several large dumpsters that would be emptied fairly regularly, possibly every day. I'm not certain, but he might have even been able to see the school dumpsters from his front yard. He could have put Dani in one of the dumpsters at the school.

At any rate, I'm convinced that he put her in some dumpster somewhere. All of the businesses along 12 Mile have an alley that runs behind them where the dumpsters are; it would have been easy for him to use one of those without being seen.

If he specifically wanted to make sure that Dani ended up at the incinerator in Detroit, the he might have chosen a dumpster for that reason, but I don't think he was quite that organized.

The police may have figured out whether he used Dani's Jeep or his own Malibu to get rid of Dani's body. If he used Dani's Jeep, then he probably didn't go very far. If he used his own car, then he could have waited until the next day and traveled much farther from home.

11/17/21 Update: Trial has been rescheduled from 1/4/22 to 3/29/22. His attorney Ellen Michaels said the trial was pushed back because the judge agreed that Michaels should have more time to review emails, photographs & other discovery materials that were recently granted to her. Attorneys are scheduled for another status conference in Oakland County Circuit Court on 12/6/21.

The way the story is written is very confusing. I may be wrong, but I feel like they must have learned something in his polygraph pre-interview. I remember watching Chris Watts' and it was very long. Although the results are not admissible, seems like the interview would be admissible. But maybe it's not because the guy who administered the polygraph was hired by FG's defense attorney.

So - I take it from all these articles there is NO court hearing date yet for the evidentiary hearing? Nothing updated in the court site - but I'll keep my eye out.

The Stislickis have been more than patient while awaiting justice for Danielle. Delays due to Covid were understandable, but FG's new attorney needs to get her act together and get this case to trial. Thankfully, FG is incarcerated for another crime and not out on bail in the Stislicki case, but Dani's family has waited far too long already to find out what happened to the young woman and see justice served for her disappearance/demise. JMO

I think that his attorney is a psychopath who is deliberately playing games and making unreasonable requests of the judge. I think that she is trying to bait the judge into refusing her requests so that she can create bogus reasons to file appeals later. There are plenty of scumbags like her in that profession, unfortunately.

Was there a hearing on the 25th scheduled to decide about the lie detector test being passed along illegally? Did it happen. I googled but couldn’t find it.
