So Deann called her sister after she left in the vehicle, but left her cell phone behind. Perhaps there is a # from the phone Deann called from in her sister's caller list (unless it showed "Unknown."). And two children at 20. Very sad in all respects.

DETROIT (WWJ) – A reward of up to $2,500 is now being offered for the tip that leads police to a 20-year-old woman, missing since New Year’s Day.
Investigators say 20-year old Deann Robinson — who goes by the nickname “Lola” — left her home at 15300 West Chicago Rd., near Whitcomb and Evergreen, at around 11 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 1.
According to police, Robinson got into a white Chevy Trailblazer with an unknown black male, drove off and hasn’t been seen since.

West side body found believed to be missing mother of two

Detroit police made a deadly discovery of a body of a woman feared to be a missing mother of two in a barren neighborhood on Detroit's west side.

Deann Robinson had a habit of taking off for periods of time and sources say it wasn't until police recently looked into sexual assault allegations against a relative, they realized she had been missing for more than a year.

Monday investigators believe they found her body.

A 46-year-old Detroit man has been charged in the slaying of a 20-year-old woman who was reported missing more than a year ago. Jerry McCoy is charged with first-degree premeditated murder. McCoy was scheduled to be arraigned Saturday.

Robinson is believed to have been strangled to death at one house. Her body then was taken to another location on Detroit's west side.
