With two convictions of murder on Dennis Bowman, he is now known to be a serial killer of young women. Known victims include Kathleen O'Brien Doyle of Virginia (1980) and his own adopted daughter, Aundria Bowman of Holland, Michigan (1989). He murdered both women with knives and even dismembered his daughter.

BIG coincidence that Deborah (also of Holland, Michigan) was murdered in such a similar manner. Bowman seems a likely suspect.

Dennis Bowman seems a likely suspect in this case. He should be considered a serial killer, and yet many earlier posts about him and the murders he is known to have committed (convictions) seem to have disappeared.

He certainly has a violent past and should be considered a possible perpetrator of other unsolved murder and missing person cases.

This is from the timeline I created about Dennis Bowman. I believe Bowman needs to be looked at for the murder of Deb.

Deb was just 20 years old when she was found naked and stabbed to death in her home on July 26, 1977. The local paper called her murder a sex slaying. Deb was stabbed about 5 times in the chest, one of which caused her death. She appeared to be sexually assaulted before she was slain. She had multiple bruises on her body so may have been beaten before her death. She looked to have been tortured because she had multiple superficial stab wounds on parts of her body. There was also blunt force trauma to her head. She was found in her bedroom and there was a struggle in the room. No weapon was found at the scene. The object to stab Polinksy had not been determined. (Bowman was a wood machinist with lots of tools)

The door to the home was slightly ajar upon her coworker’s arrival. Deb lived alone in Holland, Michigan with her dog Thor. Thor was a german shepard that was protective and aggressive so its believed Deb may have let the killer into the home.

Deb was working 2nd shift at Depree Chemical Company and she went to Holland Public Schools. She drove a red Volkswagen Beetle.

There was a bloody fingerprint at the scene as well as some women’s dna. Would like to remind that Bowman has brought his daughter to other victims homes to sell cookies as stated by Dennis Bowman himself.

Dennis Bowman lived at the Holland address with Brenda’s mother and stepfather during this time. His home is 4.8 miles from Deb’s.

Anyone with information about Deb Polinsky’s death please contact the Ottawa County Sheriff’s office at 616-738-4022 or send a message through mosotips.com.

This is the Dennis Bowman timeline Killer Dennis Bowman Timeline

when I did an episode about Debra in...2017 the ottawa county sheriff was invested in her case. I'm sure they've checked
Yes they have been looking into him for years. Allegan county has her murder on the timeline they created of Dennis. I saw it myself. They need check for dna from nail clippings. I wouldn’t doubt they lost most of the evidence unfortunately. They won’t tell you that though.
