I found the Instagram acct for a guy (not our UID) who claims to be one of Raisha's best friends. He posts her pic every year on April 7. Seems like he would know of another guy that would have a memorial tattoo for her. Not sure of protocol here in terms of contacting friends, though.

The photo of her in the red blouse in front of a mirror looks like the woman in the murder report, but the other photos don't. They don't all look like the same woman.

The comments on that Instagram post are...interesting. There seems to be a "he" that they all know who is.

yes and they all seem to blame "him" for her being shot. I am speculating that the young lady whose death matches the date on the Unidentified Male's tattoo may have been involved with a male who was the actual target of the people who shot her. That is the sense I am getting. Her relatives seem angry at him for her being in that position to get shot.

I wonder what that male's name is and if he is missing?

No luck here on her DOB. On a friend's Instagram post (see my last post here), he says it's her bday weekend, but it's dated October. So not sure she is connected to the tattoo. Still can't find anything on a "Deisha" though. I did submit the info to Detective Krebs.

According to this link, Deisha is a diminutive form of Quadeisha. Not that my (admittedly basic) searches have brought anything of interest up for the longer version of the name.

I wonder if the name from the tattoo is transcribed correctly. I couldn't find a Deisha but I did find something on Raisha Cole, who was murdered in Detroit on that date (murder still unsolved):

I think that's the wrong dates (the Desha as opposed to Deisha).

I can't figure out either way, but I don't see anything that shows she's not alive.

I just spent two hours on Ancestry and can't find anyone with either that DOB or DOD and any variation on the name "Deisha". I also flipped the dates (i.e. 7/4/09) with no luck.

There was a Deisha in Rochester NH who died in 1983. I found a reference to her in the index for a defunct Rochester newspaper (http://www.rpl.lib.nh.us/Data/COUR80UPPe.htm):

Some of the Bissons are related to a family named De Sha or Desha, and are from Cape Breton. When I went looking for Cape Breton relatives, I found a Deisha Devison whose sister died in November 2009. DD appears to have been alive at that time so I doubt if she's the right one, either. And I couldn't tell whether any of them are related to the others.

we have no clue what the Tat means on our vic. But the most common and logical assumption is that the first date is a DOB and the second listed with the name is the DOD.

So: We are off and on the trail on the tat, Deisha the dates, what about what white men that age range are missing and unresolved in that area during the time period? 2014 - this man has not been dead long. He is 20 to 40 white male. What can we find?

ETA OK that is friggin weird. I swear I read on the NamUs page that I saw the TOD was guestimated at 2014. Now I can find no mention of an estimated TOD.
