What judge would give that creep bond??? That's a judge that needs to be thrown off the bench. I live in Michigan, so I'm not too happy about having Colby Martin roaming free in my state.

Since he was able to post bond so easily, maybe his family is wealthy.

Those were my thoughts, too. Since he lived so close to the IN/MI line, I even checked our courts but there's nothing there. I wonder how many other counties he's lived in, besides the one where his gf is.

There is no doubt in my mind that CM killed the victim deliberately, but I am concerned about whether the prosecution will be able to prove it was deliberate. No matter what, they'll be able to get him on manslaughter, leaving the scene of a fatal accident, concealing a death, and sexually abusing a corpse, but I'm nervous about the thought of him getting anything other than a life sentence.

If, and I think they will, the courts find this freak show guilty they will throw the book. The sex act alone should say something to his intentions.

I don't see any charges about the sexual abuse: they only have him on these 4 charges:
