Eric Franks NamUs Case #17348 has had changes made. The following fields have been changed:
Photo Added

I looked at the NamUs site and it's good a photo was added. It also reminded me that we can't even really know WHEN Eric was last seen by FG because she has given conflicting stories.

That Peacock production addition is new. They definitely had the season on hold, as Bob's episode only just made it into the last series, which was drastically delayed. There were no casting calls or anything, for quite a while.

Glad to see it may be coming back though. Bob featured, and he's not been found, so I don't see why Frank shouldn't feature too.

Thanks. I looked at the page. Can someone who is better at this than I am, post Eric's flyer on there?

I just did. I think they moderate posts, so, not sure it will appear yet.

Oh my! That's so disappointing.
Someone also posted this:

Was gonna come here after I replied there but had to run & pick my daughter & grandson up. According to what I read then posted; Disappeared is now Last Seen Alive which has a new format that Eric will not qualify for. They are doing new missing cases; they will follow them when the case is new.

"Missing in Maui: A Disappeared Special" - One-Hour Special Premieres Monday, May 26 at 10/9c on Investigation Discovery
The special sheds light on the disappearance of 27-year-old pregnant woman Charli Scott, who vanished on the island of Maui on February 9, 2014.

Sounds like a name & format change - Disappeared added a trailer. Yesterday

Disappeared FB page- Missing in Maui: A Disappeared Special premieres May 26 at 10/9c. posted yesterday as a reply to the above post

Disappeared After five seasons of presenting missing persons cases that have already been investigated, Peacock Productions is about to launch a new season of DISAPPEARED that will delve into fresh cases. Airing on Investigation Discovery, the stories will be just as gripping as in previous seasons, but there will be a different feel to this new incarnation of the series. Our production team will be embedded with families just weeks after their loved one has gone missing and will document the raw emotion that unfolds as friends and relatives desperately try to make sense of the deeply troubling set of circumstances they suddenly face. Private Investigator Gary Micco will join the team and help families take action to try to find their missing loved one as well as explain to them the steps law enforcement is taking. The series will issue a call to action to viewers in the hopes that they can possibly provide information that could move the case forward.
Air Dates

May 26th, 2014 at 10 PM ET on Investigation Discovery

In reference to your question, Nymeria, I don't know of any time FG has mentioned Eric's case in her public interviews on tv or in the newspapers or all of the fund raiser sites. It would be the perfect time for her to do that and help Eric's family find answers. I don't plan to hold my breath waiting for her to connect the two stories.

She's not going to connect their health to Eric missing; especially if responsible for Eric disappearing.

What I kind of really meant was do any of the people (media) running her "story" at this time have any idea what she was "involved with" here in Michigan.
I was trying not to point my fingers....but hell with it, *pointed*.

There has been some contact with some of the media connecting the stories by different people. The name of the last person to see Eric alive, that we know of, in MI should be "out there" for the public record. This is not right that her name has not been in the news as "the last person to see Eric alive in MI" and she should be asked about what he was wearing when she "helped him pack to leave MI" and what kind of mental state was he in when she "saw him leave for CA" and how did she feel about him leaving when she had "told him he had a daughter" and he gave up everything to meet her and get to know her, then he just had her to "help him move out of his motel room and head to CA". I wish all of you would call the tip line and let it be known that the name of the last person to see Eric alive as far as anyone knows needs to be released to the media. Terry Camp is just waiting for the police to release her name, even though the media knows who it is.

And also, where is his dark bronze, four-door, 2001 Chevy Malibu? Plate number EMH4902.

Where is Eric?

Why is the last person to have seen him NOT helping? Why has she been silent all this time?
Why the secrecy and hiding?

I find it particularly interesting the amount of guest traffic Eric is seeing on here lately!

Not that it's a BAD thing...just interesting!

My sister and I attended the MIM Day Saturday. Again, it's a tearful day full of emotions, but it was good to talk with people who are feeling some of the same things. It was good to meet missing person, Alexis Bowman's, mother and spend time with her and to see the family of the missing Skelton brothers again. We were interviewed on Channel 5 in Flint and also Dateline. The Dateline producer spent a lot of time with us filming and we were interviewed to tell Eric's story. He said he was very interested and would keep the footage on file even if it isn't aired now. He said he would talk to Dan Sepeian that I had emailed earlier. He said for us to keep in touch with any new developments and asked the police to keep him updated on Eric's case. We exchanged contact information. He and his cameramen were very nice. We were there for the round table discussion and divided into two groups for more discussion. Later in the day, there was open mike and I told Eric's story again. This year, Eric's picture was posted on the large screen. The candle ceremony was held outside this year and Dateline filmed that also. We felt the day was very profitable. It is so very sad to see families with missing loved ones from just a short time ago and some from around 40 yrs ago and all in between. Some of the footage shown on Ch 5 mentioned Eric's car and was filmed in BV. There must have been an airing of Eric's story that we weren't aware of earlier. We are grateful for anyone who tells his story and shows his face.
