GHOST team arrests former Florida police sergeant on sex charges

GENESEE COUNTY, Mich. (WJRT) - A former Florida police sergeant was arraigned Thursday for attempting to pay for sex with a 15-year-old.

The Genesee County Sheriff's Office says 60-year-old Jeffrey David Morningstar was arrested in July as part of an operation of the Genesee Human Oppression Strike Team -- or GHOST.
