It looks like he was on probation at the time he went missing (misdimeaner Domestic Violence). Some monies are still due the court, but the last scheduled hearing was for January of this year for the end of his probation. Previous court cases in his county of residence involved judgements for monies owned going back 20 years, and none appear open.

None of the court records are a red flag for any intentional disappearance, IMO Possible yes, but I'm thinking more likely he was involved in an accident on his motorcycle that took him off the road and out of view.
