Found Safe MI - Greg Packard, 68, Ann Arbor, 5 Dec 2018 *dementia, unfamiliar with the area*

Please help. Mr. Greg Packard is missing. He is 68yo. 6ft 220 lbs, brown hat, gry wool coat, blue pants, blu shoes. White hair w/ mustache. Left from ferdon/stadium area at 230pm. Last cell pings at 7th and Davis at 339pm. He is from out of state not familar with AA. He does suffer from dementia, If you see him call 911.
