The Berrien County Sheriff’s Office says Hailey Hall, 12, and Scottie Hall Jr., 8, were taken by their parents against a court order.

UPDATE: Missing Berrien County children found safe

Officers say they found 12-year-old Hailey Hall and 8-year-old Scottie Hall Jr. safe in Indiana after the two went missing Tuesday night from Benton Harbor. It is believed their parents took them, violating a court order.
