Circumstances of Recovery - This unidentified body was discovered along the Lake Michigan shoreline in Ottawa County on 12/27/1979. The body showed evidence of submersion in water for some extended period of time. No evidence of traumatic injury could be found at autopsy. The body was that of a Caucasian male, approximately 25-35 years of age. Due to advanced decomposition, very few physical attributes are available. The victim was uncircumcised.

Perhaps one other uncircumcised group at that time would be rural home births.

I wonder if this person is Canadian, perhaps even originally from India, given the much lower overall rates of circumcision in Canada. There are quite a few Amish in the area, but they would know/report if someone went missing.
