James was supposed to enter a treatment facility for an alcohol addiction. His son came to the residence to pick him up and found he had departed on foot.

James was mentioned today on a UID thread, Grant Co, KY Apr'89 John Doe (on page 11. Warning- very graphic thread).

I don't think that UID is likely a match to James, but it lead me to searching whether James has his own thread here.
I wish he had a photo in NamUs.
Perhaps we can do some searching in James' case. He has/had a son and probably other relatives wondering where he is...
