The Grand Traverse County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing person. James Samuel Hayden, a 43 year old Peninsula Township resident, was last seen on foot in the Bower’s Harbor area on 3-17-19. He was last seen wearing Khaki pants and a black Nike sweatshirt with a black North Face jacket and black work boots. Mr. Hayden is approximately 5’10”, 185 pounds. If you have seen him since that date, you are asked to contact Central Dispatch at 922-4550. Thank You.

He was found just a few miles from his home.

Hayden went missing on March 17 and was last seen walking near Bowers Harbor, deputies said.

Foul play isn't suspected.
