Bashara has been charged with many misdemeanors in regards to his rental properties. Hauled into court 10 times for charges. A number of tenants sued him for not returning security deposits.

Joe is being held by police but he has not been charged. Sources say he left a leather jacket and two cellphones with his friend. When the friend noticed scratches on the jacket, he decided to hand the items over to police, sources say.

I'm confused. Gentz is the alleged accomplice (we don't know if he helped kill or just clean up) and he is in jail talking supposedly. Did he turn himself in or did his buddy turn him in? I thought Gentz turned himself in?

I'm a newbie on this site. Just today. This is my first post. Jane was my former boss. She was always very nice and always professional. I hate what's happened to her. Just my opinion, but I don't think it will be too awfully long before her husband is arrested, but they will need to make sure it will stick.
