New Evidence Problems in Bashara Investigation?
Attorney says surveillance video is gone

GROSSE PT. PARK, Mich. (WJBK) - More questions about the way evidence is being handled in the Jane Bashara murder investigation. Her attorney says surveillance video that could prove Bob Bashara was at his commercial property at the time of the murder was not taken as evidence quickly enough. Now, it's been erased.

Jane Bashara was found strangled in her Mercedes back in January. One suspect is in custody. But, her husband, Bob, is still a person of interest in the case.

"We relied upon the police, shame on us," said Bashara's attorney David Greim. "It appears the videotapes were never taken into custody."

I am of the opinion bob is guilty. Conspired and coerced Gentz as he was an easily coerced person. I believe he was present the night of the murder. Based on what has been in the MSM they may not have enough to tie him directly to the murder scene. I do believe LE is working diligently to tie him to conspiracy. If that's all they get him with. I'm ok with that. The pillar will have crumbled and so will his S&M side of life. At least out of Prison.

If bb was as innocent as he says and named POI, why would he not make sure to secure those tapes himself? Instead of blaming LE, makes perfect sense to me to grab the tapes and keep them to prove his whereabouts IF that was true. He is only to blame himself!!

--if they get bob on conspiracy, ( and i believe they will ) the penalty is the same as if he had committed the murder himself.

An unrelated comment ~ in the picture of Jane from 2009 above where she looks happy ~ all I can think of when I look at that picture is how we know from RG's postings on that ALT blog that she and BB were already carrying on behind Jane's back ~ two years later Jane would be dead. So sad. Everyone deserves to have an authentic life. I despise BB's actions regardless if he murdered Jane or not. :twocents:

Somewhere in the building more likely.... building owned by Big Bob.
In his office somewhere in the building? (if it even exists there) ... in the basement? (where "the Dungeon" use to exist) ... in building's suite that he rents out to someone? .. or, maybe, those tapes were located inside the Hard Luck Lounge? (as it was most popular and most populated / visited place in that building .. and if some fraud, say, was happening Live on the monitoring system someone could call police right away ... so would make sense to have the "inside" monitoring equipment with tapes located in that Hard Luck Lounge, before they moved out of course, which was end of January i think, right around the time when BB became POI and Dungeon existence in that building started to "come out to the surface")

I had the same problem the other day - weird. Was there a reason that you know of? Hardly ever happens here.

I think the forum was lagging BAD......
Forum's pages didn't want to open up etc... - had to press "Reload the page" in the browser many times before page successfully refreshed.
Seems to be OK now.. hopefully it was a temporary glitch.

ya.. the camera (or two etc) WERE installed on outside (to monitor parking lot etc) .. BUT i was referring to the monitoring equipment (belonging to that monitoring system) that is located INSIDE the building somewhere (like the Video player, monitor, tapes etc.. which are, surely, located somewhere inside the building, ... simply wouldn't mind to know where exactly inside the building they are located)
